1. DEFINITIONS

In this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires:

“Distributor” means, “Dany Griffiths Limited”

"F.R.E.E." - Acronym representing Feel Right Emotional Empowerment™

“Attendee” means individual going through the “F.R.E.E. Life Quest”.

“F.R.E.E. Life Quest” – means the Personal Development programme a person will embark on.

"Programme Fee” means, the amount payable for the "F.R.E.E. Life Quest".

“Payment Plan” – means the agreed spread of payment in amount per month.

2. GRANT OF RIGHT FOR A “ATTENDEE”

2.1 “Distributor” grants the “Attendee”, and the “Attendee” accepts from “Distributor” subject to the terms and conditions below, the non-exclusive, limited agreement under copyright (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) to use “Feel Right Emotional Empowerment™” as set out in this “Agreement”, for their personal use.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 The “Attendee” shall pay the “Distributor” a non-refundable fee (the “Programme Fee”) in return for attending a “F.R.E.E. Life Quest” during which they will learn how to use "Feel Right Emotional Empowerment" in their daily life. 

4.2 Any bank charges incurred by parties other than the “Distributor” shall be met by the “Attendee”.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 The “Distributor” shall agree to provide a "F.R.E.E Life Quest” to the “Attendee” following full execution of this “Agreement” and “Distributor’s receipt of the “Programme Fee” (unless a “Payment Plan” has been made).

6. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS “ATTENDEE”

6.1 The “Attendee” understands and agrees that the whole of “The FREE Life Quest™”, including all text, illustrations and associated mp3s, is protected by copyright. It is intended for individual, personal use by the “Attendee” only and may not be sold, reproduced, altered, adapted, distributed, or in any way disseminated by any “Attendee” without first obtaining written permission to do so.

6.2 All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved by the “Distributor”
