“I have lived my life in the 'Positive Pandemic' I enjoyed my life and everything in it, but it didn't come without its challenges.
If asked I would always reply 'I am well thank you, how are you ? And although part of my life was well, there was a part of my life that would drag me down, make me sad, make me question if all really was well. I knew there was a problem but it felt like such a massive and unresolvable problem that I found reasons for it to be OK, masked it with a positive sentence or activity which I enjoyed and boxed up the problem, but the box always opened again and reared back up until I ran out of positive sentences or activities to cover it up.

My Quest to understand more about emotions began on my own journey to emotional wellness. I understand now that I had been dealing with high functioning anxiety for most of my life.
I attained a Hypnotherapy and Counselling Diploma in 2000, when I was looking for a change from my HR career, and I quickly realised my passions lay in mental and emotional well-being. I have now spent over twenty years studying what has become a complete fascination to deeply understand our emotions.
I initially started by supporting couples through pregnancy and birth, and in 2007 I added (in)Fertility care after finding out from my best friend just how much of an emotional impact her fertility struggles were having on her.
I loved working with and supporting couples and individuals on this one-to-one basis. I also felt compelled to do more, and train other therapists and individuals to work in the way I was working.
In 2013 I created and launched a successful antenatal education business, growing it to over three hundred instructors teaching privately in seven different countries, along with over a hundred midwives teaching in NHS Trusts in the UK.
I sold that company at the beginning of 2020 to concentrate more fully on my new business supporting mental and emotional well-being for individuals on a difficult Fertility Journey. Since launching the Freedom Fertility Formula™ in 2018 over a hundred amazing women (training is not restricted to women) from eight different countries, have joined me on my mission to put taking care of emotional well-being at the heart of every Fertility Journey. At the beginning of 2021 I also launched the Freedom Family Formula™, a unique antenatal education programme the purpose of which is to provide a ‘healing journey to Parenthood’ for parents-to-be wanting support with their mental and emotional well-being.
I founded The Feeling Zone™ in April 2021 to spread my Feel Right Emotional Empowerment™ approach across the globe.
